Can I cancel my reservation?

When you make a reservation in Ocean Private Villas you will be asked to pay 30% of the balance in advance. You can cancel your reservation one month before your arrival and no further charges will be applied. If you cancel your reservation in less days, than a month before your arrival, you will be charged the balance of the reservation.

Can I change the days of my visit?

You can change the days of your visit or the number of the nights that you want to spend in Ocean Private Villas, but first you have to ask us by e-mail  if this is possible (it depends on the availability).

What is the minimum number of days that I can spend in Ocean Private Villas?

The minimum number of the days that you can spend in Ocean Private Villas differ from period to period and due to availability. In order to get more information about this, you can send us an e-mail and we will inform you further.

Do you apply any protocol for COVID-19?

In Ocean Private Villas, we care a lot about your health as well as our staff’s health. So, our staff and managers have successfully attended the class “HEALTH FIRST” of our company, which was held according to the standards of the homonymous certification by Greece’s Health Ministry. You can see the certificate in the welcome building.

According to the above certificate, we apply -until today- all the necessary actions for the elimination of COVID-19. This means that we totally disinfect the Villas between the reservations, we keep the safety distances from all of our guests, we always wear masks, we have sanitizer in the welcome building, we ask to collect your data (such as passport) by e-mail and finally, we send you your receipt by e-mail.

Since the beginning of the pandemic we have managed to keep our guests and staff safe and this is the best reward to all of our efforts. Don’t hesitate to ask our staff for advice about laboratories, where you can have a PCR test, in order to be able to travel back home.

Does the price/night include cleaning of the Villa?

Yes, the price includes the cleaning of the Villa. The cleaning lady visits your Villa every 4th day and changes all the bed linen, the towels, and the bath robes. The hour of the cleaning is set between you and the host upon your arrival.

Is there any extra charge for daily cleaning of the Villa?

If you want a daily refreshing of the Villa or if you want a daily total cleaning of the Villa, then further charges may be applied. You can ask us about these services by e-mail.

Do you have cradles and highchairs and if yes, are they free of charge?

All babies are more than welcome in Ocean Private Villas, so we provide you cradle and highchair for free. You just need to inform us in advance by e-mail.

What are the common silence hours?

In Ocean Private Villas we want you to enjoy the most out of your vacation and your Villa, but we also want you to respect your neighbors especially during common silence hours. These are: 3pm to 5:30 pm and 11pm to 7am.

Can I have a party in the Villa?

Parties are not allowed in the Villas and if the management finds out that you have a party without a permission, further charges may be applied.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Ocean Private Villas is a pet friendly resort. So, dogs are very welcome but only in Villa Ithaca which is the more private and can host 6 persons.

Is there any extra charge for dogs?

There is an extra charge of one night, if you choose to bring your dog. The Villa will be left empty on the day of your departure to get completely disinfected and clean for the next guests.

Do I need to car to go to the beach?

Of course not. Ocean Private Villas is only 100m away from the beach, so you can go on foot. Also, in 5 minutes walking distance you can find an organized beach as well, but we would better recommend that you had a car in order to visit other beautiful beaches of Halkidiki as well.

How far is the village center?

Village of Pefkochori is only one km away from Ocean Private Villas. You can either walk this distance or take your car.

Are there any activities or excursions that I can do while I stay in Ocean Private Villas?

There are many activities and excursions you can do while you are here. Since the variety of the activities and excursions differ from period to period, you can advise us on your arrival, and we will inform you about all the alternatives.

What do I need to bring with me, in order to use the barbecue?

Every Villa in Ocean Private Villas has its own totally equipped barbecue. We provide you charcoal, grill rack, tong, kindling and of course a lighter.
